my sister was in charge of everything. funeral home staff never spoke to or even acknowleged me and my 2 daughters. I had to stand up in back of everyone else at the cemetary. Was not allowed to sit in the front row that's suppose to be for family.We asked for a copy of the slide show,Mr.Lowe said he'd send one but never did . They got $11,000.00 of my mom's money from her insurance policies ,it was not my sisters money and would not even send me a copy of the slide show. The disk cost about 60 cent apiece,but he gave quite a few away to other people. I guess mom's other daughter didn't count just the one that signed the money over. It was the worst funeral i'd ever been to. We should have brought her home,Vidalia,Ga. where they know how to treat the whole family not just the one's they know. too bad you can't do funerals over or get your monry back for lousy ones. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
